143 Foundation is a kindness-first nonprofit dedicated to helping people see beyond the obvious—to notice one another, act with intention, and create ripples of growth and opportunity in everyday life.

We do this through simple tools like our Pass It On kindness cards, mentoring and personal growth programs, and partnerships with schools and community organizations.
